GUIDELINES

• All registration fees must be paid in advance to: MCI Middle East LLC - Office Suite #902 | Level 9 | Dubai World Trade Centre. Dubai, UAE.
• You can pay via the below mentioned method:
  1. Credit Card Payment
  2. Bank Transfer (You will receive the invoice & bank details via email)
• Registration fees entitles participant to attend all general and concurrent sessions, entrance to exhibition and welcome reception. There will be no conference lunch however the same will be offered by industry partners during the industry symposiums.
• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.

• For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 22 October 2023 (GMT+ 4). From this date onwards, we advise you to register and pay the applicable onsite registration fees at the venue, during conference registration hours, commencing on 23 October 2023.
• For administrative purpose, a copy of your ID is required as a proof in order to avail the registration fee for International Delegate APAAACI Member & Resident/Trainee/Student

A REGISTERED DELEGATE IS ENTITLED TO CONFERENCE WORKSHOP
Please register should you wish to attend; it is complimentary registration. However, since there are limited seats. Registration would be on first come first serve basis.

• Participate in all Scientific Session of the Conference
• Admission to the Exhibition
• Attend Welcome Reception
